Katangiri may actually be a genius, he may also be crazy – probably he’s both. After Katangiri retired to the country the criminals and his fellow police must both have breathed a sigh of relief.

As chief of the local vigilante force he strikes terror into friend and foe alike. But now, stripped of his command after the latest ‘incident’, Katangiri finds himself summoned to the big city to solve a murder mystery. He didn’t want to come, they made him… him and his faithful rifle.
